What are your typical construction methods?
At Warmington & North, we are committed to building the highest quality wood products possible. We achieve this by combining the best raw materials with modern machinery and advanced fabrication techniques. We build our boxes out of 3/4″ plywood or 3/4″ euro ply and fasten our cabinets together with heavy duty 50mm steel confirmat screws. Every cabinet that we build meets or exceeds the standards for AWI for “premium grade” cabinets.
What kind of hardware do use?
We make no compromises with the hardware that we use in our cabinets. We have tried drawer slides and hinges from all of the American and European hardware manufacturers and are using the best hardware available.
In modern cabinets we use soft closing Blum CLIP for hinges and Blum Tandem drawer slides for drawer hardware. Modern kitchens can can be outfitted with stainless steel Blum Intivo drawer box systems. Traditional cabinets are fitted with soft closing Blum Tandem drawer slides and can either use Blum CLIP soft-close hinges or a more traditional ball tipped hinge there is a face-frame present. As a standard, we use solid brass hinges made by Whitechapel that are of the highest quality to ensure smooth motion.

We offer excellent in-house finishing services for the wide variety of products we produce, but we also give customers the option to buy cabinets unfinished.
